No Recipe Family Meals

Sometimes you or your hubby just can't think of what to make for dinner. and following a recipe is too much for weekday evenings.  Here's some meal ideas that don't need recipes and that my family enjoys.

Try to make double batches every time you cook and put the leftovers in the fridge for dinner the next night or in the freezer, or for lunch at work tomorrow. This avoids junk-food, take-out and saves money!

These meals are all corn free, nut free and gluten free (choose GF pasta, GF bread etc)!

SC       = slow cooker friendly
FAST  = ready in 15 minutes
ZERO = no thinking ahead required
THAW= must thaw meat first

1.  SC  Pork Tenderloin in pineapple juice, mashed potato & steamed vegetable
2.  SC Pork Pot Roast with steamed carrots and second vegetable
3.  SC Lamb Roast with Homemade Cranberry Sauce
4.  SC Whole Chicken with toaster oven potato slices (sprinkle olive oil & thyme)
5.  SC Homemade baked beans and hotdog slices
6.  FAST Leftover roast with steamed kale and instant brown rice
7.  FAST Burger patties with melted cheese and fruit salad
8.  FAST Grilled Cheese with Apple Slices
9.  FAST Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms
10. ZERO Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Parmesan Cheese
11. ZERO  Macaroni with Cheese & Broccoli (boil frozen broccoli with pasta)
12. ZERO Pan Fry Fresh Fish, Steamed Baby Carrots and instant Brown Rice
13. ZERO Salmon Patties (tinned salmon) with frozen peas, homemade mayo
14. THAW Spaghetti with ground beef and can of tomato sauce
15. THAW Chicken Breast with curry powder & toaster oven sweet potato slices 
16. THAW Ground Fried Pork with homemade apple sauce and steamed carrots
