Simple Foods

Chickpeas roasted in the toaster oven with a bit of curry powder and salt for flavour.

Many of us are trying to get away from buying pre-packaged cookies, snack foods etc.  Also my family has varying degrees of sensitivity and severe food allergies to corn, gluten, peanuts, nuts and sesame.  Here's some simple food ideas that I posted on my fridge to remind me of simple foods to make for the kids and me when we're feeling nibbly.
